According to Al McNiven the vandalism is a regularly occurring problem. Likely this problem exists with other Parks properties.Would it not make sense to reduce the huge cost of repairing these damages by instituting regular night watch duties during the weekends? The watchman could visit these facilities at regular intervals and ensure that any untoward activities are caught early before they develop into huge expenses.
Just a thought. Could be a good job for someone to calculate cost benefit of the suggestion.
