If you and I take our refuse to the landfill we pay by the weight. If its too wet and heavy we pay more. Remedy? De-water your garbage before taking it to the dump!
Vernon should be a good corporate citizen and show the rest of us that they pay their fair share. Come to think of it ,I pay for it too, as I am a sewer customer!
