Anyone who thinks that the Block MP's are not fully legitimate representatives of their electorate should take a refreshing course in Canadian constitutional studies. Quebec is one of the ten provinces with full rights. Their elected MP's have the same rights as any other MP. The writer of the letter is correct and should be commended!

The air-waves have been filled with talk-show callers on the right of the political spectrum who threaten to support western-separatism if a coalition gov formed. Curious how the Conservative gov never denounces this threat.
