DELEGATIONS
There were no requests for January 12, 2009.
1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
2. PUBLIC OPPORTUNITY TO ADDRESS COUNCIL
1. This time is to afford members of the public the opportunity to address issues directly related to an item on the agenda dated, January 12, 2009.
2. Please provide your name, address, and the number of the agenda item you wish to speak to. Comments should be kept to additional information (not previously provided), for Council’s consideration or clarification.
3. Issues that are not on the current agenda will NOT be heard by Council.
4. If you have items to address that are not contained in this agenda, please contact the Municipal Clerk to make a formal request to appear as a delegation at a future meeting of Council.
