Coldstream Residential Tax Calculator for 2011.

You can estimate your 2011 Coldstream property taxes at the Coldstream Residential Tax Calculator. This is not official, it is my attempt to predict anyone's residential taxes in Coldstream. Your comments are appreciated.

How to use calculator: Using your 2011 Property Assessment Notice substitute your assessed land and property values in the cells marked in blue and you will see your estimated taxes in red at the bottom of the page. You are able to see the various taxes as well. Your home owners grant will reduce the estimated taxes. As well, those 65 years of age and older are eligible for further tax reduction.

You may check out the Vernon Property Tax Estimator as well. Insert your assessed values and compare taxes in both communities.

Enjoy!

About Me

My photo
I have been a resident of Coldstream since 1976. I have had 15 years of experience on Council, 3 years as Mayor. As a current Councillor I am working to achieve fair water and sewer rates and to ensure that taxpayers get fair treatment. The current direction regarding water supply is unsustainable and I am doing all I can to get the most cost effective water supply possible.
