Dear Councillor Kiss,
If these meetings are open to the public, why is absolutely NOTHING posted on the Regional District's website?
Not under Meetings, not under Meeting Schedules, not on the homepage.
So unless I visited YOUR blog (or used telepathy or spoke to one of this meeting's attendees ahead of time?), I wouldn't even know this meeting was happening.
Similarly, your blog is the ONLY source of information with respect to the facilitator's reports and other information that should be shared with the public. Again I very much appreciate your dedication to keeping us informed, but is it not the duty of the Regional District to do so?
I hope you will raise this issue at the next service review meeting. Thank you!
