It would be a shame to let this taxpayers' owned property not to be retained by GVSC. They should muster as much (or more) effort to obtain those fields as they did with the effort to convert prime agricultural land to a sports complex. It's unusual that "water flows up"! Usually it flows down.
All kidding aside it should be quite easy to anticipate high water usage when temperatures rise significantly higher than normal for this time of year. After all we have
broken long standing temperature records. Perhaps even the doubters start recognizing that there is a definite change in weather patterns. This change was predicted by Environment Canada years ago.
