Re; Cosen's Bay Road

The waffling and indecision on Cosen's Bay Road (obviously one of BC's most urgent road needs??) is indicative of the failings of this local governance structure. When a handful of people with pecuniary interests lobby to open up the park to a utility corridor, and most locals openly oppose it and can't readily receive support from their representatives in government, how can we expect these directors to handle the really important issues like delivering water at rates comparable to other Okanagan communities?

About Me

My photo
I have been a resident of Coldstream since 1976. I have had 15 years of experience on Council, 3 years as Mayor. As a current Councillor I am working to achieve fair water and sewer rates and to ensure that taxpayers get fair treatment. The current direction regarding water supply is unsustainable and I am doing all I can to get the most cost effective water supply possible.
