The Grid Road -- Open house.

The District of Coldstream invites you to attend a PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE on The Grid Road.

To be held Wednesday, November 18, 2009 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Municipal Hall, Council Chambers, 9901 Kalamalka Road, Coldstream, BC

PURPOSE OF THE OPEN HOUSE

The Open House is an opportunity for the community to learn more about the Grid Road, a new two-lane collector road and multi-use pathway that is planned below the Ministry of Forests' tree farm from College Way to the intersection of Kalamalka and Husband Roads.

Information about the Grid Road will be on display and District of Coldstream staff and consultants will be available to answer any questions.

I have been a resident of Coldstream since 1976. I have had 15 years of experience on Council, 3 years as Mayor. As a current Councillor I am working to achieve fair water and sewer rates and to ensure that taxpayers get fair treatment. The current direction regarding water supply is unsustainable and I am doing all I can to get the most cost effective water supply possible.
