Water issues.

I have received a number of inquiries as to the water source for Buchanan Road. Since the emails came through Google the email addresses are not included so I have to use this forum to respond.

In general Buchanan Road residents receive their water water from Duteau Creek. If you have not been contacted by emergency personnel last night your water is safe to drink.

Keep watching for further developments. If you wish to be on the contact list for future emergency messages please send me your email address and you will be on the contact list for emergency purposes. Your information will not be shared.

I have been a resident of Coldstream since 1976. I have had 15 years of experience on Council, 3 years as Mayor. As a current Councillor I am working to achieve fair water and sewer rates and to ensure that taxpayers get fair treatment. The current direction regarding water supply is unsustainable and I am doing all I can to get the most cost effective water supply possible.
