After many a gruelling trip to the heart of the
Big Smoke, south of us, I have breathed a deep sigh of relief as I turn off the
highway to savour the stunningly beautiful, natural gateway to my peaceful
community:
Coldstream. The ravine ecosystem is a pocket treasure, that is
intrinsic to that viewscape. The
proposed project is absolutely incompatible with the diversity of rural values
we enjoy.
