"The benefit of having two unique water sources gives GVW redundancy ..." statement from RDNO tries to spin that Duteau Creek is the only alternate source. What about Okanagan Lake? Their own hired experts recommended an OK Lake source many years ago, but RDNO politicians and staff ignored the expert advice that ratepayers paid so much to obtain back then. Look at your water rates now.
