Note, that by instituting the proposed changes the immediate cost of Option 6 (erroneously indicated as Option 4) would be reduced to $98.1. This Option would guarantee total separation with significant reduction of treatment costs for the long run.
There is obviously potential for alternate options, thus, a review is absolutely necessary. Defeat of the referendum would allow for a sober second thought!
