There is only one taxpayer. A road upgraded and maintained to service less than 100 , largely seasonal, users is ridiculous. The Ministry not informing or consulting local government until late in the process is ridiculous. Not applying the time and money to looking at real safety issues like the turn off to the refuse dump off Highway 97 , and instead playing up the safety issues of a road that shouldn't even be there, is ridiculous There must be someone in the Cosen's Bay area that has strong influence with senior levels of the provincial government to get this kind of action. Perhaps a property title search would shed some light on the situation.

They should be digging to find out who it is that has "strong influence".
Funny how the prison went away when the players became known...
