  1. Well stated Mr. Kiss. I would have expected more local knowledge from the President of the Chamber of Commerce. The comments on the signed petition seem to also reflect a very poor understanding of both the governance structure, and the cost sharing that takes place at present; many petitioners just lash out at bureaucratic staff/politician costs without an awareness of some of the tradeoffs you speak to.
