Let's build another "white elephant" like the Westbild Centre , or the Indoor Soccer Facility, for a declining number of users (look at the paltry user numbers involved in this presentation)...... and leave the taxpayer with all the ongoing costs and debt retirement. If it were my money I'd put some lights/seating on a Marshall field, mark lines for football, and use the Indoor Soccer facility for office/washrooms etc.; at least half of the users would be satisfied.
