RCMP confirms that a father and son
have been arrested and charged in the Halloween night murder of Armstrong
teenager Taylor Van Diest last year. Former Cherryville resident Matthew
Foerster, 26, was arrested Wednesday and charged with second-degree murder in
the 18-year-old's slaying. His father, 58-year-old Steven Foerster, has been
charged with obstruction of justice and accessory after the fact. more
