Mayor Garlick of Coldstream, speaking at the Hospital Rally on Monday, pointed out the facts that although most of the hospital is founded at 60% by the Provincial Government, the two upper floors were 100% founded by local taxpayers. He urged people to remain involved and keep reminding provincial politicians of the need to open and staff the two upper floors.
