2. RESOLUTION TO ADJOURN TO IN-CAMERA (4:30 PM)
Recommendation
THAT Council adjourn to an In-Camera meeting to discuss issues related to the following paragraphs under Section 90(1) of the Community Charter:
(e) the acquisition, disposition or expropriation of land or improvements, if the council considers that disclosure could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality.
3. LONG SERVICE AWARD PRESENTATION (6:00 PM)
Mayor Garlick will present the “British Columbia 25 Year Long Service Award” to Fire Chief Leo Lecavalier on behalf of the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General, Emergency Management BC and the District of Coldstream.
