I sure dont want "multi family" zoneing to change in the 7.9 acre area. Currently there are townhomes built (Ravens Craig) that are enough of a eyesore, I could manage the exisiting zoneing for the same amount of townhomes (same footprint) in the new 7.9 area, but not the whole area!.. Wake up coldstream, low income houseing... not in my backyard
